Art Deco style painting "Stellar Observation"  by well known Atlanta artist Michael Goettee in the mid 1980s.
This well dressed lady was obviously on a cruise during the golden age of travel on one of the extravagant  art deco cruise ships of the 1930s and 1940s.  It may appear that she's lost her head, but it's only somewhere in the clouds.
