to Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping charges quoted are for US mainland destinations only. Please ask for
quote to all other destinations.
Photographs. If you are not able to
see the detail that you would like in our photographs, upon your request, we
will be happy to send full sized photographs to you via e-mail. Send us an e-mail and be sure to include the stock number of the item.
Damage. If your purchase has been damaged
during shipment to you, please save all packing materials and contact us at
once. If the box is obviously damaged, do not sign for it until the
driver has noted the damage on the delivery receipt.
Satisfaction. We
want you to be pleased but If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, please
notify us at once. The item may be returned to us for a refund, minus delivery
charges, only within the first 14 days from the
date of shipment After 14 days, no refunds will be made.
The item must be returned to us in its original saleable condition. Do not ship
the item back before you have contacted us to make us aware of the situation.
If the item is damaged by the shipping company during its return to us, it will
be your responsibility to file a claim with them.
